Additional Equipment:
The boat is a 1992 and shows signs of wear but is still able to serve as a live-a-board. I will try and disclose all working, non-working and systems working but needing repair as given to me by the seller, please understand that the boat is useable but need attention to bring it to top running and living form.
Gauges, fuel, tachometer and Hobbs are in working condition, as well as the pressure gauges for transmissions and steering. Most others are suspect to operate and may require work.
Steering is functional as well as throttles, transmission shifting is suspect at times and has manual methods to shift in the engine compartment. The transmission boot is tore and needs replaced on the starboard side.
Compass is operational. The windshield has a combination wiper and de-icer. While the motor works, the owner says he has not used either. The spot light and all other navigational lighting was working on last use. The front storage batteries have been removed and the cost to replace was estimated at $900.
The engines are operation while work may need to be done to the starboard side transmission. The port side transmission has shifting issues from the helm controls. The transmission shifts into gears well but some times does not respond to the helm controls, so a manual method has been added directly to the transmission. The pressure line from the helm back have been replaced and the pressure is reportedly good.
The upper helm is functional but could use work as issues remain with controls.
The generator engine is operational but the Generator itself is not functioning. Cause is unknown but it is the original unit.
The 120V power to this vessel run through a true breaker box just like in your home. It appears quite functional and the interior electrical system all works.
The owner does not use the heat and air conditioning system on board and can not report on the operational condition, appears suggests it is suspect.
The upper deck fiberglass has only one very small stress crack and looks like it could be a great entertaining area with minor cosmetic work.
The boat needs a good detailing but everything is in place to allow immediate living on board.
The owner is anxious to sell and downsize to his next boat so bring any offers and let's talk.
